However, like many other laws, the bankruptcy process has blind spots that the deceptive individual (or entity) can exploit. This panel provides an aerial perspective of different tactics individuals and entities have used to frustrate mortgage creditors, be it consecutive filers, entities hijacking bankruptcy proceedings, or other devious acts.
